Freedom's Frontier Board of Trustees regular meeting will be held in Ottawa, Kansas The Ottawa, Kansas, campus of Neosho County Community College, 900 East Logan St., is the location for the regularly scheduled meeting of the Freedom's Frontier National Heritage Area's Board of Trustees. The board will meet Wednesday, March 4, 1-3 p.m.
The board meets six times annually, in various locations in the 41-county (29 in eastern Kansas; 12 in western Missouri), bi-state heritage area.
Following the meeting, the board is invited to view a slideshow of 1940s Ottawa and WWII Home Front Photos by J.B. Muecke, a special presentation created by Deborah Barker, Director of the Old Depot Museum, Dietrich Cabin, and Franklin County Records and Research Center/Franklin County Historical Society in Ottawa.
