The Billings MVP Award and the Tacha Freedom Award will be presented at this annual luncheon. The MVP is named for Freedom's Frontier National Heritage Area founder and first executive director, Judy Billings. It is presented to the heritage area's Most Valuable Partners. The Tacha Freedom Award, named for heritage area founder and first board of trustees chair, Judge Deanell Reece Tacha, is presented to high school students who create a project based on heritage area history and themes.
