Expressions of 21st Century Rural Life: A Presentation and Writing Workshop

Friday: enjoy a reception with refreshments and special readings of poetry and literary excerpts (KAC President, Ronda Miller, with her book "Water Signs"; librarian Janet Barnett talks about the book "Kansas Revisited"), and scholar Eleanor Hensley leads a discussion on rural Kansas. Attendees may share experiences. Saturday: project director, librarian, and scholar Eleanor Hensley assists participants in journaling life experiences as rural Kansans. Oral reflections may be recorded as audio.
