The city of Topeka is inviting the public to weigh in and work through the details of a proposed new draft of the historic preservation element of the city’s comprehensive plan. Consultants Peter Benton and Elizabeth Watson, of Pennsylvania-based Heritage Strategies LLC, will facilitate the meeting, which is the second such workshop being held by the city and the Topeka Landmarks Commission.
