Kansas Riverkings Guided Walking Tour and Coffee Discussion

Kansas Riverkings Museum exhibition provides guided walking tours. Education director, Barbara Higgins-Dover leads a journey into the past when 19th century rivermen worked the waters and sold what they caught to a hungry community. The 40-minute tour includes information about the Riverkings, their fishing cabins and equipment, how they marketed their catch, and the way they lived along the river. Coffee and discussion follows the tour. In the event of rain, the tour will be cancelled.
