Host Inquiry
Freedom’s Frontier National Heritage Area hosts 12 meetings each year, alternating monthly between partner meetings and trustee meetings, at locations across the heritage area. Partner meetings generally run from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.; trustee meetings run from noon to 3:30 p.m. Both may include a guided tour, and space requirements differ by meeting type.
Partner meeting requirements:
- No reservation or rental fee
- Seating for 35+ people, with tables and chairs
- Accessible rooms and restrooms
- Capability to display presentations (e.g., screen or projector)
- Climate control appropriate for the season
- Available parking
- Space to set up food
Trustee meeting requirements:
- No reservation or rental fee
- Seating for 25 people, arranged around a table or tables for a business meeting
- Accessible rooms and restrooms
- Capability to display presentations (e.g., screen or projector)
- Climate control appropriate for the season
- Available parking
- Space for a small or boxed lunch
- Ability to host the meeting via Zoom
